C-Tc (Carbon-Technetium) Editor The C-Tc phase diagram is redrawn from [89Ere], who compiled the data of [ 62Trz], [66Gio], and [76Hei]. [89Ere] confirmed the existence of single-phase d in an 82.5 at.% Tc alloy annealed at 1400 C. [85Bur] calculated the C-Tc phase diagram based on the solubility data of C in liquid Tc [63Bur].
