Er-Si (Erbium-Silicon) Editor [Moffatt] constructed the Er-Si phase diagram based on information given in [ Shunk] (the Er-rich eutectic at 1290 C, congruent melting of Er3Si5, and existence of ErSi and Er3Si5) and [79Ian] (Er3Si5 in equilibrium with ErSi, forming a eutectic with (Si), and the homogeneity range of Er3Si5). Er5Si4, found by [67Smi], is added to the phase diagram given by [Moffatt]. The polymorphic transformation temperature of ErSi is unknown.-H.O. 62May: I.P. Mayer, E. Banks, and B. Post, J. Phys.
