Ga-I (Gallium-Iodine) Editor The Ga-I phase diagram between GaI and GaI3 was determined by [55Cor]. The remaining portion of the diagram was speculated by [Moffatt]. The liquidus boundaries reported by [55Cor] were generally confirmed by [66Cha]. In addition, [66Cha] suggested the existence of Ga2I3 and Ga3I5 based on the liquidus data. However, some of the liquidus curves reported by [66Cha] appear to be unusually asymmetric or have unusually steep slopes. Further confirmation is needed.-H.O. 55Cor: J.D. Corbett and R.K.
