Ga-Te (Gallium-Tellurium) U.R. Kattner Although the Ga-Te system has been subject to several investigations, the temperatures of the liquidus and invariant points have not been established with sufficient accuracy. The assessed phase diagram is based on [34Kle], [ 61New], [71Wob], [79Ala], [85Bla], and [86Tsc]. However, [79Ala] and [85Bla] report significantly higher liquidus temperatures than the other authors. The system has a miscibility gap in the Ga-rich liquid and four intermetallic compounds.
