Ga-Tl (Gallium-Thallium) J. Klingbeil and R. Schmid-Fetzer The Ga-Tl equilibrium phases are (1) the liquid, L; (2) the orthorhombic (Ga) phase with negligible solubility of Tl; (3) the hexagonal (aTl) room- temperature phase with no reported solubility of Ga; and (4) the cubic (bTl) terminal solid solution with a maximum solubility of 0.33 at.% Ga in (bTl) at 286.15 C.
