Hf-Te (Hafnium-Tellurium) Editor The Hf-Te phase diagram was composed by [89Cha] based on information that HfTe3 decomposes above 600 C [71Bra]. HfTe5 could not be prepared by direct reactions at or above 500 C, but could be prepared at 450 C [71Bra, 73Fur]. According to [58Mct], HfTe may exist.<311>H.O. 58Mct: F.K. McTaggart and A.D.
