Фазовая диаграмма системы In-Ni

К оглавлению: Другие диаграммы (Others phase diargams)

In-Ni (Indium-Nickel) M.F. Singleton and P. Nash The assessed phase diagram is based primarily on [Hultgren,B], with modifications based on the work of [50Hel], [51Per], [69Bes], and [72Liv]. The solid solubility of In in (Ni) is 14.5 at.% at 910 C. The solubility of In in (Ni) drops to 0.002 at.% at room temperature [51Per]. An In-rich eutectic is assumed to exist at virtually 100 at.% In [Hansen], which makes the eutectic melting point indistinguishable from the 156.634 C melting point of pure In. 50Hel: E. Hellner, Z. Metallkd., 41, 401-406 (1950). 51Per: E.A. Peretti, Constitution of Indium Alloy Systems, The Indium Corporation of America (1951). 69Bes: K.J. Best and T. Godeke, Z. Metallkd., 60, 659-661 (1969) in German. 72Liv: J.D. Livingston, Metall. Trans., 3, 3173-3176 (1972). Published in Phase Diagrams of Binary Nickel Alloys, 1991. Complete evaluation contains 1 figure, 7 tables, and 20 references. 1
