In-Pr

In-Pr (Indium-Praseodymium) H. Okamoto The assessed Pr-In phase diagram is based primarily on the data of [76Mcm] for the composition range 0 to ~30 at.% In and of [79Del] for ~30 to 100 at.% In. Except for reactions involving the allotropic transition of Pr, most of the important features of the Pr-In phase diagram had been observed earlier by [ 47Ian] (see [Elliott]). According to numerous investigators, the Pr-In system is in accordance with the systematic changes in phase diagrams, crystal structures, and lattice parameters with the atomic number in the series of the RE-In systems. The maximum solubility of In in (bPr) is 9.8 at.% at the eutectic temperature, whereas (aPr) dissolves 5.6 at.% In at the eutectoid temperature [76Mcm]. The assessed solubility of Pr in (In) is negligible. 47Ian: A. Iandelli, Atti. Accad. Naz. Lincei, Rend. Cl. Sci. Fis. Mater. Nat., 2, 327-334 (1947) in Italian. 65Har: I.R. Harris and G.V.
