Ni-Y (Nickel-Yttrium) P. Nash The assessed Ni-Y phase diagram is based on [60Bea], with review of the data of [61Dom]. [60Bea] found the solubility of Y in (Ni) to be ~0.1 at.% at 1250 C, and the solubility of Ni in (Y) at 900 C to be ~0.2 at.%. [60Bea] found no change in the magnetic transition temperature of Ni on adding Y. Considerable work has been done on magnetic effects in Ni-Y compounds. [ 81Gig] and [82Gig] summarized the magnetic behavior of Ni-Y compounds, and the magnetic properties of amorphous Ni-Y alloys were reviewed by [77Bus] and [ 81Pet]. 60Bea: B.J. Beaudry and A.H.
