Si-Yb (Silicon-Ytterbium) Editor The Yb-Si phase diagram was drawn by [Moffatt] on the basis of work by [79Ian], who reported the existence of Yb3Si5 and YbSi1.8, and by [64Gla], who determined that Si3Yb5 is in equilibrium with YbSi, and a presumed similarity to the Er-Si system at the RE-rich end. -H.O. 64Gla: E.I.
