Pt-Te (Platinum-Tellurium) Editor The Pt-Te phase diagram is redrawn from [69Bha]. [84Ryb] reported a considerably different partial diagram for the region between 29 to 67 at.% Te, in which Pt5Te4 and Pt4Te5 melt peritectically at 970 to 1030 C, respectively, and PtTe2 melts congruently at 1147 C. [69Bha] is preferred here, because crystal structures of intermediate phases are also reported.
