As-U (Arsenic-Uranium) Editor The partial As-U phase diagram from ~50 to 100 at.% U was obtained by [68Ben] and is based on thermal, X-ray, and microanalyses. The melting point of AsU is 2705 C under 1 atm pressure [68Ben]. [67Kru] observed the melting of AsU at 2450 C accompanied by rapid vaporization. As2U and As4U3 are known to exist on the As-rich side of AsU, but their melting behaviors are unknown due to the high vapor pressure of As.-H.O. 52Ian: A. Iandelli, Atti Accad. Naz. Lincei. Cl. Sci.
